No...
You'll have to touch the Water Pump belt, unless it's serpentine. Then that's the belt that will have to come off.
It's a bit more complicated than that, but that's the basic premise.
You might want to have a qualified mechanic do it because it's going to need to have the gasket replaced and sealed.
