Will changing my water pump come with a radiator flush as well?

I am going to have my water pump changed soon. I was wondering, since it appears most of my coolant has leaked away and since I am going to get my water pump fixed to get my coolant leak under control, will this mean I will automatically be getting a radiator flush as well when I take it to the mechanic or would I have to get that handled separately from the water pump problem?|||its probobly separate, but ask nicely and they may throw it in. or you may have to pay for it.|||u can have them do it, probably wont be free. but it is a good idea|||extra charge. sorry!|||Probably separately, which sucks.
