What needs to be changed when changing a water pump?

i went to the dealer and they recommended i change the water pump on my 2000 323i wel they said exactly that the water pump bearing is loose and noisy which is actually so what do i need to replace i was looking to order it myself off of bavauto and there a lot of stuff so does anyone know what i need exactly theres a lot of parts on there such as the tensioner belt, pulley but what do i really need|||Without seeing the actual condition of the car giving recommendations like these is kind of dicey.

First is the coolant of course. If the belt tensioner pulley and the deflection pulley are noisy (with its age, I presume they are on the way out), they should also be replaced along with the 2 belts.

If you can afford it, replacing the thermostat is a good option too

(assuming that it has not been replaced previously since 2000).
