if the water pump has leaked coolant onto the belt you will have to replace the belt. the coolant breaks down the rubber and the timing belt will break in the near future.

you can reuse timing belt thats okay since its virtually new.
the timing is connected to the water pump so just change it while you are under there and forget about it
