just replace the belt and wait another 15000 miles to change the water pump? I know in the long run it will cost me more but I just dont need to spend that much money for both.

Check the water pump bearing and vent hole,if the vent hole is dry and the bearing feels good,go ahead and just replace the timing belt,but check the tensioner if it's suspect replace it.
Sure you can. And maybe later you wont need to replace water pump at all. It is usually replaced only %26quot;because you can%26quot; replace it very easy when timing belt is taken off.
if you dont have the money dont put another water pump on it till you get the money.it ort to last more than 3 years. hell the water pump ort to last 10 years
